Cargo Trailer Rentals near Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN

We have many trailers available for rent. Pricing below is our standard daily rate.

New Changes:

With insurance companies changing policies, we currently do not have rental insurance. In order to rent a trailer, you must obtain and have proof of your own temporary rental insurance for us to file OR pay a $500 security deposit with a major credit card (not debit). Security deposit will be refunded on return of rental with no damages, refunds take 4 - 6 business days.

Deposit:

We require the first day rental as a deposit at the time of booking. Rental must be cancelled 14 days before pickup date for full refund. If the scheduled rental is not picked up or cancelled within 14 days the deposit will not be refunded. If the rental is scheduled within 14 days there is no refund.

Policies:

• Minimum of 1 day rental charge 
• Rentals are based on 24 hours and charges start based on pickup date and time based on a daily rate but pro-rated at an hourly rate per our rental software. (No Exeptions) Example: if a rental is $70/day that is the minimum charge but if the trailer is off property for for more than 24 hours a $2.92/hour fee will apply based on the daily rate.
• When trailer is returned that will stop the rental period and charges will either be taken out of the $500 deposit and the remainder will be refunded or an additional charge may occur if rental is over the $500 security deposit.
• When Holiday's fall on weekends we decide to close, rentals will be charged for the period of time of possession including Sunday which is always closed (NO drop-offs).

Trailer Rental Policies:

• Rentals must be picked up before 5pm Monday thru Thursday, 4pm on Friday, 1pm Saturday. Failure to pick up rental during service hours may result in having limited staff and unable to access trailer. (If accessable a $50 fee will apply)
• Driver must provide valid MN driver's license, have proof of minimum liability insurance on their tow vehicle and a valid credit card (not debit) or $1,000 cash deposit.
• Customer is responsible for trailer while in their possession. Must have their own insurance or assume all liability and be able to cover the cost of the trailer being rented. (See values below)
• Must be able to have value of trailer verification put on credit card. (may reduce available funds)
• Driver must be 21 years old or older.
• Tow vehicle must be equipped with working electric brake controller (for trailers with electric brakes) and ready for rental or other charges may apply or we will cancel reservation at time of pick up.
• Tow vehicle's trailer plug, fuses, lights must be working. If issue is with trailer, ATS will fix, if issue is with customer's vehicle, labor rates will apply or rental will be declined.
• Tow vehicle, hitch, receiver bar and ball must have adequate towing capacity otherwise we reserve the right to decline rental or charge for rental receiver/ball.
• You must verify your towing capacities in your vehicle owner's manual.
• All rentals based on 24 hour period rounding up. (if customer picks up early or returns late, an extra charge will occur)
• All trailer tires are in good working condition and inspected regularly. If a customer gets a flat it is THEIR responsibility to change tire with spare and/or repair tire if a puncture has occurred. If tire is blown or destroyed during customers use, customer is responsible for replacing with like tire to match existing tire. We charge $185 to replace tire if returned damaged.
• If customer requests extra tie down points or any other accessory added they must pay for the parts and labor to install. 

We SPECIALIZE in rentals that are ALUMINUM frame so they are easy for you to pull! Our motorcycle trailers are equipped with motorcycle chock(s) and tie down points. You are required to supply or buy from us ratchet straps to tie your bike down securely (we do not rent straps).
